Q: CAN I TOUR THE APARTMENTS?
A: You can set up a tour with the home page chatbot.
Otherwise, please give us a call and our manager can set something up with you.
Q: WHAT TYPES OF APARTMENTS ARE OFFERED?
A: 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments.
Q: WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT?
A: The resident is responsible for heat, electricity, water/sewer/trash (based on occupancy and consumption), cable, phone, and internet.
Q: DO YOU OFFER ROOMMATE MATCHING?
A: Contact us, and we'll try to help find other roommates for you.
Q: WHAT IS THE PET POLICY?
A: We are a pet-friendly community with some breed restrictions. Please note that we require a refundable pet deposit of $200, a non-refundable $200, and monthly pet rent ($25/cat, $50/dog).
Q: IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
A: Yes. There are surface parking spots available for $59/months and garage stalls available $99/month.
Q: IS SUBLETTING ALLOWED?
A: No.
Q: IS THERE WI-FI?
A: Residents are responsible for in-home internet service.
Q: CAN I RESERVE AN APARTMENT ONLINE?
A: Yes, we encourage you to start your online application to reserve your apartment. Visit the floor plan page, choose your apartment, and start your application!
Q: WHAT TYPES OF LEASE TERMS ARE AVAILABLE?
A: We offer flexible lease terms!
Q: ARE THERE OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS?
A: Generally, a maximum of 2 occupants per bedroom is allowed. See below details:
1 bedroom Limit 2 persons
2 bedroom Limit 5 persons
3 bedroom Limit 6 persons (no more than 5 unrelated)
4 bedroom Limit 6 persons (no more than 5 unrelated)
*Occupants under 24 months at the time of lease signing are not counted towards the max occupancy
Q: IS THE BUILDING SMOKE-FREE?
A: Yes, we are a smoke-free community.

Q: WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM INCOME ALLOWED TO QUALIFY?
A: We generally require 2x the rent in verifiable income
Q: DO I NEED RENTERS' INSURANCE?
A: Yes, renters must maintain liability coverage during the tenancy. We encourage you to use our preferred partner, eRenter's Plan. We require households to have $100,000 in coverage. If a resident does not have renters insurance, $35 is applied for every month not insured.
Q: ARE THERE ANY OTHER FEES REQUIRED?
A: A $4.25 utility billing fee/mo will automatically be applied to your account.
Q: WHAT IS INVOLVED IN THE APPLICATION PROCESS?
A: $50 non-refundable fee (per applicant 18+) is required to process your application and an admin fee of $150. Applicants will be pre-screened for credit, rental history, income, and criminal history.
